Catholic Relief Services (CRS) will host the 2nd ICT4D Partnerships Conference from January 25 -27th. This virtual event is an inclusive gathering of global actors involved in digital development and ICT use for international development and humanitarian response to explore and learn about best practices, opportunities, and challenges when working in partnership with others.
