This was the inaugural edition of the eHealth Africa’s webinar series: Insights. In this edition, our guests discussed, Optimizing sub-national Capacity to use Data for Disease Surveillance and Response.

 

Chinedu Anarado moderated the session and featured conversations with public health professionals with experience in disease surveillance at the sub-national, national, and regional levels. They discussed the value of data in disease surveillance at the sub-national level, timeliness in outbreak preparedness, and a continental view of the role of data in disease surveillance and response.
