  • Project management plays a crucial role in project design, implementation, and mobilization. We develop long-term health systems that strengthen our projects from start-up-through close-out, using innovative and sustainable data-driven solutions.

  • Informatics are crucial to our development work in the field. Our team of software developers and geographic information systems technicians deliver cutting-edge engineering to the most difficult of contexts and build ground-up, design-oriented software, and maps.

  • We coordinate people, organizations, systems, data and governments to help build better health systems in the countries we work. This includes expertise across our focus areas.

  • Through administration we direct, evaluate and manage the business operations, in order to achieve greater efficiency and yield productive results. Our team ensures adequate support is provided to work efficiently. This includes Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, and Grants Management Office.

  • Operations play an important role in the planning, coordination and control of all the resources needed to support the organization's internal and external stakeholders. The team is extremely zealous in creating the highest level of efficiency within the organization. The roles are: Fleet management, Facility management, Protocol, Operations Engineering, Security, Project Field Officers and Emergency Operation Center.

eHealth Africa is a technology-driven organization that provides required work tools for employees to succeed.

  • eHA provides a robust health insurance package to all Full-Time National employees and Full-Time International employees. Our insurance covers employees, their spouses, and children.

  • At eHA we have a thriving learning and development program to keep up with the ever-evolving workforce landscape. Our learning culture at eHA encourages employees to equip themselves with the required knowledge and skills to thrive in the workplace.

  • eHealth Africa provides life assurance and group and personal accident cover to all full-time employees.
    The premium for these benefits is paid fully by eHA.

  • All full-time employees of eHA are entitled to 21 days of paid annual leave, employees accrue 1.75 days every month. Employees can take their leave when they need to relax and unwind. We also offer 5 days of Bereavement/Compassionate Leave to be used by the employee in the event of the employee's immediate family member’s demise. Employees can also access 12 days sick leave per year. All full-time employees have access to fourteen weeks (14) of paid maternity leave. Nursing mothers who just returned from maternity leave are given one (1) hour extra break till the baby is one year old.

  • At eHA we give utmost priority to the health and safety of our employees. Employees on official assignment in any country outside their home country have access to emergency medical and evacuation assistance provided by ISOS.

  • eHA pays 2.5% basic salary on behalf of all full-time national employees for contribution to the national housing fund.

  • eHA provides the flexibility of working from another work location other than their duty station.
