Areas of expertise

Project management

Plays a crucial role in project design, implementation, and mobilization. Develop long-term health systems that strengthen our projects from start-up-through close-out, using innovative, sustainable, data driven solutions.


Informatics are crucial to our development work in the field. Our team of Software developers and GIS technicians deliver cutting-edge engineering to the most difficult of contexts and build ground-up, design-oriented software and maps.

Health logistics

Coordinate people, organisations, systems, data and governments to help build better health systems in the countries we work. This includes education, access, immunization and emergency management.

Research and evaluation

Evaluates the effectiveness and impact of our public health interventions in healthcare systems through research services, data collection, and technological capacity. Data support from inception to endline helping projects achieve their programmatic impact.

International field based

92% of our staff are local to the country we work in, however eHA has a range of field-based roles for international staff who have the skills, expertise and passion to solve big problems with a creative approach by using innovative technology.

Your annual salary will reflect your post’s seniority and your cumulative weighted work experience.

Health & other insurances

We provide medical & medical evacuation insurance while you’re on assignment. You will also be entitled to accrue sick leave from the start of your contract. During your assignment you may also be entitled to maternity leave, paternity leave & bereavement leave. 


For international staff, we will fly you from your home to your place of assignment & then back home every three months if you are based in Nigeria. For other country offices we offer a competitive flight package.


While working in the field you accrue paid vacation per month. We offer work from home days. You can also attach vacation days to your R&R breaks after working three months in the field.  



Training opportunities

eHA is committed to developing the skills and opportunities of all employees. Many learning & development opportunities exist including courses and conferences, and we encourage staff to use these in order to improve your skills & knowledge.
